  • How do I apply for a scholarship?

    • Prerequisites to be able to apply for a scholarship is to do the following:

      • Login to SIKAP

      • Complete your portfolio. Incomplete portfolio won't allow you to apply to scholarships.

    • After you have finished your portfolio, you can look for scholarships through this link

SIKAP uses a partially automated screening system that matches scholarships based on the information in your portfolio. If there are no scholarships currently available that fit your profile, don’t worry — new opportunities are added regularly, so be sure to check back often!

🔸Please ensure that your SIKAP profile is complete.
🔸Upload the latest valid Proof of Income of your parents or guardians (dated 2025, or 2024 for ITR). If no Proof of Income is available, you may submit a Notarized Affidavit of Income Source indicating the monthly or annual gross income of the parent, family member, or guardian contributing to the household income or supporting your education.
🔸Kindly make sure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline to ensure that your application can be properly reviewed and considered for processing.
Qualifications

Primary Qualifications

These qualifications are automatically validated based on student portfolios created

Please complete your portfolio to be able to apply for scholarship
  • Household Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 350,000
  • University must be within the ff:
      UP Diliman
  • Courses must be within the ff:
      BS Statistics
  • Year Level Standing must be within the ff:
      1st Year Undergrad, Incoming Freshman
  • Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree

Secondary Qualifications

These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
  • Must be financially needy: that is, his/her parents' or guardians' combined annual gross income is not more than PHILIPPINE PESO: Three Hundred Fifty Thousand (PHP 350,000) based on their combined income tax returns (or as may be documented by OSG) in the immediately preceding calendar year.
  • Must be a Filipino citizen and a first-year student enrolled in the BS Statistics program at UP Diliman.
  • Must have complied with and shall comply with all the rules of his/her academic unit on academic performance (including minimum academic load and maximum residence rule).

    Confirms that has no active disciplinary or administrative case.
