  • How do I apply for a scholarship?

    • Prerequisites to be able to apply for a scholarship is to do the following:

      • Login to SIKAP

      • Complete your portfolio. Incomplete portfolio won't allow you to apply to scholarships.

    • After you have finished your portfolio, you can look for scholarships through this link

Once you have successfully finished your portfolio, you can toggle the filter below to quickly search for scholarships you are qualified for:

SIKAP uses a partially automated screening system that matches scholarships based on the information in your portfolio. If there are no scholarships currently available that fit your profile, don’t worry — new opportunities are added regularly, so be sure to check back often!

📢 The Application for the 2nd Semester of AY 2025–2026 is NOW OPEN!

🚩 The UPD Borrow-a-Computer Program does not offer financial assistance but instead provides computers to students who lack access to one for their academic needs. Eligible applicants may borrow a computer, subject to the program's terms and conditions.

🔸 Please make sure your SIKAP portfolio is complete and that you have uploaded the latest valid Proof of Income of your parents/guardians (dated 2025, or 2024 for ITR).
🔸 If no Proof of Income is available, you may submit a Notarized Affidavit of Income Source indicating the monthly or annual gross income.
🔸 Kindly ensure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline so that your application may be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

Primary Qualifications

Please ensure you have agreed to the latest version of SIKAP Data Privacy Notice through your Student Profile

  • Parent Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 500,000
  • University must be within the ff:
      UP Diliman
  • Any course may apply
  • Any year level may apply

Secondary Qualifications

These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
  • Must be a currently enrolled student in UP Diliman, either in an undergraduate or graduate program.
  • Must not own a tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.
  • Must submit Statement of Need and Commitment.
  • Must submit Parent's/Guardian's valid proof of income.

  • Borrow a Computer | Semestral | Provides qualified UP Diliman students the opportunity to borrow computer units for academic use.
Supplemental Documentary Submissions
You may manage your document submissions in your applications page.
Failure to submit documents before March 15, 2026, 11:59 p.m. may result to ineligibility of application upon moderator review.
  • Statement of Need and Commitment
    Please write a short narrative explaining why you need to borrow a computer, the difficulties you face without one, and how having access to a computer will help you in your studies. Additionally, describe how you plan to use and take care of the device responsibly.
  • Parent's/Guardian's valid proof of income.
    Dated 2026 (2025 for BIR ITR)
  • Form 5 (F5)
