🚩Open to all 3rd-year students enrolled in any undergraduate program at UP Baguio, UP Los Baños, UP Manila, and UP Mindanao.

🔸Please ensure that your SIKAP profile is complete.

🔸Upload the most recent valid Proof of Income for your parent(s) or guardian (dated 2026, or 2025 for the ITR). If no Proof of Income is available, you may submit a notarized Affidavit of Income Source indicating the monthly or annual gross income of the parent(s), family member(s), or guardian who contribute to the household income or support your education.

🔸Kindly make sure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline to ensure that your application can be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

  • Overall GWA must be better or equal to: 2.5000
  • Parent Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 500,000
  • University must be within the ff:
      UP Manila, UP Baguio, UP Los Baños,
      UP Mindanao
  • Any course may apply
  • Year Level Standing must be within the ff:
      3rd Year Undergrad
  • Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC" for ANY semester
  • Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree

Supplemental Documentary Submissions

  • True Copy of Grades (TCG)
    Latest Certified True Copy of Grades (Complete grades from the start)
  • Form 5 (F5), not Form 5A.
    Latest Official Registration Form.
  • OSE Clearance or Certificate of Good Moral Character
    OSE Clearance or Certificate of Good Moral Character - For UP Diliman students: OSE Clearance (http://bit.ly/sdcclearance ), For students from other CUs and incoming freshmen: Certificate of Good Moral Character.
  • Parent's/Guardian's Proof of Income
    Latest clear copy of a valid proof of income of parent/s, guardian, or any household-contributing family member.
  • Certificate of Year Level Standing
    Official certification of the student's current academic standing issued by the college.
