🚩Open to all 3rd-year students enrolled in any undergraduate program in the colleges of UP Diliman, UP Baguio, UP Los Baños, UP Manila, and UP Visayas.

🔸 Please make sure your SIKAP portfolio is complete and that you have uploaded the latest valid Proof of Income of your parents/guardians (dated 2025, or 2024 for ITR).

🔸 If no Proof of Income is available, you may submit a Notarized Affidavit of Income Source indicating the monthly or annual gross income.

🔸 Kindly ensure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline so that your application may be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

Qualifications

Primary Qualifications

These qualifications are automatically validated based on student portfolios created

Overall GWA must be better or equal to: 2.5000
Household Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 500,000
University must be within the ff:
Any course may apply
Year Level Standing must be within the ff:
Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC" for ANY semester
Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree

Secondary Qualifications

These qualifications are subjected to moderator review

Must have been admitted to the University, subject to the University of the Philippines College Admission Test (UPCAT).
Must not be a recipient of any scholarship grant.
Must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant.
Must not have been held liable in any disciplinary action prior to admission.
Must be among the top graduate high school students with leadership potential as per certified extra-curricular activities.
Must be a bona fide 3rd-year student enrolled in any four-year undergraduate program in any colleges in UP Diliman, UP Baguio, UP Los Baños, UP Manila, or UP Visayas.
