📢 The Application for the 1st Semester of AY 2025–2026 is NOW OPEN!

🚩 Open to freshman undergraduate students enrolled in STEM courses in any college at UP Diliman.

🔸 Please make sure your SIKAP portfolio is complete and that you have uploaded the latest valid Proof of Income of your parents/guardians (dated 2025, or 2024 for ITR).
🔸 If no Proof of Income is available, you may submit a Notarized Affidavit of Income Source indicating the monthly or annual gross income.
🔸 Kindly ensure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline so that your application may be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

Qualifications

Primary Qualifications

These qualifications are automatically validated based on student portfolios created

Parent Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 500,000
University must be within the ff:
Any course may apply
Year Level Standing must be within the ff:
Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree

Secondary Qualifications

These qualifications are subjected to moderator review

Must have passed UPCAT.
Must not be a recipient of any scholarship grant.
Must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant.
Must not have been held liable in any disciplinary action.

Official proof of acceptance to the University of the Philippines.
Parent's/Guardian's Proof of Income
Latest clear copy of a valid proof of income of parent/s, guardian, or any household-contributing family member.
Form 5 (F5)
Latest Official Registration Form
OSE Certification of No Pending Case/Good Moral Character
OSE Certification or Good Moral Character from the last school
