🔸Kindly ensure that your SIKAP portfolio is complete and that the most recent Proof of Income (dated 2024 or 2025) has been uploaded. If you don’t have other proof of income available, we suggest submitting a Narrative of Income Source with the estimated amount instead of a Certificate of Indigency. This will assist us in thoroughly evaluating your application and ensuring it is duly considered for processing.

- Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree
Secondary Qualifications
These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
- Must be a bona fide senior student of UP Diliman, enrolled in an undergraduate program under the College of Education.
- Is a full-time senior student in College of Education.
- Must have a weighted average of at least “2.0” and is enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of award.
- Is of good moral character as evidenced by a certificate issued by any of the following: Office of Student Ethics, Dean of the College.
