- Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC" for ANY semester
- Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree
Secondary Qualifications
These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
- Must be a senior B.S. Mathematics student enrolled in UP Diliman.
- Has completed at least 45 units in Mathematics with an average of at least “2.0” and is enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of award.
- Does not have a grade of “5.0” or unremoved grade of “4.0” or “Inc.” in the immediately preceding semester.
- Is of good moral character as evidenced by a certificate issued by any of the following: Office of Student Ethics, Dean of the College, a faculty member of the University.
