🔸Kindly ensure that your SIKAP portfolio is complete and that the most recent Proof of Income (dated 2024 or 2025) has been uploaded. If you don’t have other proof of income available, we suggest submitting a Narrative of Income Source with the estimated amount instead of a Certificate of Indigency. This will assist us in thoroughly evaluating your application and ensuring it is duly considered for processing.

Qualifications

Primary Qualifications

These qualifications are automatically validated based on student portfolios created

Household Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 500,000
Any UP Constituent Unit may apply
Any course may apply
Year Level Standing must be within the ff:
Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree

Secondary Qualifications

These qualifications are subjected to moderator review

Must be a freshman student enrolling for the first time in any college and any course within the University of the Philippines System-wide, with no prior credited college coursework.
Must be a natural-born Filipino citizen.
Must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the scholarship award.
His/her parents' annual gross income must not exceed Php500,000.00.
Must have no record of disciplinary action.
Must have passed the UPCAT (University of the Philippines College Admission Test).
