  • How do I apply for a scholarship?

    • Prerequisites to be able to apply for a scholarship is to do the following:

      • Login to SIKAP

      • Complete your portfolio. Incomplete portfolio won't allow you to apply to scholarships.

    • After you have finished your portfolio, you can look for scholarships through this link

SIKAP uses a partially automated screening system that matches scholarships based on the information in your portfolio. If there are no scholarships currently available that fit your profile, don’t worry — new opportunities are added regularly, so be sure to check back often!

🔸 Please ensure that your SIKAP portfolio is complete and that the latest valid Proof of Income of your parents/guardians (dated 2024 or 2025) has been uploaded.

If Proof of Income is not available, you may submit a Notarized Affidavit of Income Source (indicating the monthly or annual gross income).

Kindly also see to it that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline so that your application may be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

Please ensure you have agreed to the latest version of SIKAP Data Privacy Notice through your Student Profile

  • Parent Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 350,000
  • Any UP Constituent Unit may apply
  • Any course may apply
  • Any year level may apply
  • Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC" for ANY semester
  • Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree

Supplemental Documentary Submissions

Failure to submit documents before Sept. 26, 2025, 11:59 p.m. may result to ineligibility of application upon moderator review.
  • Form 5 (F5)
    Latest Official Registration Form (For all applicants)
  • True Copy of Grades (TCG)
    Latest Complete Certified True Copy of Grades (For non-freshmen student applicants)
  • Certificate of Year Level Standing
    Official certification of the student's current academic standing issued by the college. (For Non-freshmen student applicants)
  • OSE Certification of No Pending Case/Good Moral Character
    UP DILIMAN STUDENTS: OSE Certification of No Pending Case, STUDENTS FROM OTHER CUS: Good Moral Character (For all applicants: A Good Moral Certificate from the previous school attended is acceptable for freshman applicants.)
  • Certification of Graduation Status or Certificate of Remaining Subjects
    Confirms that a student is nearing graduation, with only a few academic requirements left to complete. (For graduating student applicants.)
