  • How do I apply for a scholarship?

    • Prerequisites to be able to apply for a scholarship is to do the following:

      • Login to SIKAP

      • Complete your portfolio. Incomplete portfolio won't allow you to apply to scholarships.

    • After you have finished your portfolio, you can look for scholarships through this link

SIKAP uses a partially automated screening system that matches scholarships based on the information in your portfolio. If there are no scholarships currently available that fit your profile, don’t worry — new opportunities are added regularly, so be sure to check back often!

Qualifications

Primary Qualifications

These qualifications are automatically validated based on student portfolios created

  • Household Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 500,000
  • University must be within the ff:
      UP Diliman
  • Any course may apply
  • Any year level may apply
  • Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree

Secondary Qualifications

These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
  • Must be a Filipino citizen.
  • Must be enrolled in UP Diliman: Open to all courses.
  • Must not be a holder of any other scholarship or financial assistance. In case the student holds another scholarship or financial assistance, the holder must inform the Office of Scholarships and Grants so that there will be no duplication of benefits.
  • Must not have been found guilty of cheating or any other act of dishonesty in relation to his studies.
  • Must not have been found guilty of violating any other provision of rules and regulations of the University of the Philippines including but not limited to hazing and/or fraternity rumbles, whether on-campus or off-campus.

Benefits
  • Stipend | Semestral | Interest earning of the fund but not exceeding P18,750 per semester.
Supplemental Documentary Submissions
You may manage your document submissions in your applications page.
Failure to submit documents before Aug. 31, 2025, 11:59 p.m. may result to ineligibility of application upon moderator review.
  • Birth Certificate
    Official document proving your identity, age, and citizenship.
  • Form 5 (F5) or Notice of Admission
    Official Proof of Acceptance or Enrollment at the University of the Philippines.
  • True Copy of Grades (TCG)
    Latest Complete Certified True Copy of Grades (For continuing students only)
  • OSE Certification of No Pending Case or Good Moral Character
    OSE CERTIFICATION OF NO PENDING CASE (for Continuing Students).CERTIFICATE OF GOOD MORAL CHARACTER (from the previous school, required for incoming freshmen and transferees)
  • Certification of Graduation Status or Certificate of Remaining Units
    Proof of graduation status or certification of remaining units towards completion of degree (required for graduating students).
