- Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC" for ANY semester
- Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree
Secondary Qualifications
These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
- Must be Filipino Citizen.
- Must be a bona fide student enrolled in any Bachelor of Science degree program of the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
- Must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant.
- If an entering freshman, must have passed the UPCAT; if already enrolled, must have obtained a general weighted average of “2.50" or better and must have carried a load of at least 15 units with no grade of "5.00" or unremoved "4.00" or inc" in the semester immediately preceding the application.
- Parents’ annual gross income must not exceed P500,000.00.
- Must not have been the subject of any disciplinary action.
