- Overall GWA must be better or equal to: 3.0000
- Household Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 300,000

Secondary Qualifications
These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
- Must be a bona fide graduating student enrolled in a business-related program at the University of the Philippines Visayas.
- Must have obtained a general weighted average of "3.0" or better and must have carried a load of at least 15 units with no grade of "5.0" or unremoved "4.0" or "Inc." in the semester immediately preceding the application.
- Must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant.
- Parents' annual gross income must not exceed P300,000.00.
- Must not have been the subject of any disciplinary action.
