2nd Year Undergrad, 3rd Year Undergrad, 4th Year Undergrad, 5th Year Undergrad
- Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC" for ANY semester
- Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree
Secondary Qualifications
These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
- Must be a bona fide undergraduate student of the University of the Philippines Diliman, enrolled in any four- or five-year course. Certificate and diploma courses are not eligible to apply. Students pursuing a second degree are also excluded.

Certificate of Good Moral Character

Birth certificate
Clear scanned copy or photograph of the birth certificate. -
3 Recommendation Letters
Three (3) letters of recommendations from former professors. -
Letter of Financial Support
ex. Letter from parents that they will support your education in case of disqualification from scholarship. -
Certificate of Year Level Standing
Official certification of the student's current academic standing issued by the college.
