🔸Please ensure that your SIKAP Portfolios are Complete.

🔸Upload the most recent valid Proof of Income of your parent(s) or guardian (dated 2026, or 2025 for the ITR). If the ITR is not available, the latest Employment Contract with Compensation may be submitted. If your parent(s) or guardian is unemployed and no other valid proof of income is available, you may submit a Notarized Affidavit of Income Source stating their monthly or annual gross income.

🔸Kindly make sure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline to ensure that your application can be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

Primary Qualifications

These qualifications are automatically validated based on student portfolios created

Secondary Qualifications

These qualifications are subjected to moderator review

Must submit a video presentation answering the question: "What drives me to pursue a career in Food Technology?”.
Must submit an essay (500-1000 words) outlining their career goals, how the fellowship aligns with their aspirations, and what they hope to achieve during the fellowship.
