🚩Exclusively open to graduates of the Philippine Science High School (PSHS) System who are currently enrolled in any STEM course in any of the UP Constituent Units.
🔸Kindly ensure that your SIKAP portfolio is complete and that the most recent Proof of Income (dated 2024 or 2025) has been uploaded. If you don’t have other proof of income available, we suggest submitting a Notarized Affidavit of Income Source with the estimated amount instead of a Certificate of Indigency. This will assist us in thoroughly evaluating your application and ensuring it is duly considered for processing.

- Household Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 500,000
- Any UP Constituent Unit may apply
- Any course may apply
- Any year level may apply
- Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree
Secondary Qualifications
These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
- Must have a solid academic record; for a continuing student, must have obtained a general weighted average of at least “2.5” with no grade of “5.00” or unremoved “4.00” or “Incomplete” in the semester immediately preceding the application;
- Must have been admitted to the University of the Philippines (UP), subject to the UP College Admissions Test (UPCAT);
- Must be registered with the online PSHS alumni platform, Pisay Network, at https://pisay.net/ ;
- Must be a Filipino citizen with no pending or approved application as immigrant to any foreign country;
- Must have been admitted to the University of the Philippines (UP), subject to the UP College Admissions Test (UPCAT);
- Must be a regular student enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in the fields of SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, or MATHEMATICS (STEM);
- Must not be a recipient of any other scholarship grant;
- For the duration of the scholarship, must be enrolled in at least twelve (12) units but not more than eighteen (18) units, consistent with the degree program’s plan of study, unless special permission has been granted by both the Grantee and Pisayian;
- Must not have been charged with any violation of any university rule or policy before the Student Disciplinary Tribunal. In this connection, the Grantee shall certify at the beginning of every semester that the scholar has not been charged with such violation.
