The Application for the 1st Semester of AY 2025-2026 is NOW OPEN! 🥳🎉
🚩 Open to currently enrolled 3rd year undergraduate students from UP Baguio.
🔸Please ensure that your SIKAP profile is complete.
🔸 Upload the most recent valid Proof of Income for your parent(s) or guardian (dated 2026, or 2025 for the ITR). If no Proof of Income is available, you may submit a notarized Affidavit of Income Source indicating the monthly or annual gross income of the parent(s), family member(s), or guardian who contribute to the household income or support your education.
🔸Kindly make sure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline to ensure that your application can be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

- Overall GWA must be better or equal to: 2.5000
- Parent Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 325,000

- Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree
Secondary Qualifications
- Must be a bona fide Filipino student of the University of the Philippines, currently enrolled in any undergraduate program at UP Baguio.
- Must be an incoming junior student in the First Semester of AY 2025–2026, with a general weighted average (GWA) of 2.5 or better in the first and second year, and with no grade of “5.00”, nor any unremoved grade of “4.00” or “Inc.”
- The parent’s gross annual income must be less than or equal to Php 325,000.00.
- Must not have been the subject of any disciplinary action .
- Must have applied for (GIAP) Grant in Aid Program through the (SLAS) Student Learning Assistance System.
- Must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant (equivalent to the last 3 semesters of his/her academic program)
- Stipend | Semestral | Php 22000
Failure to submit documents before April 30, 2026, 11:59 p.m. may result to ineligibility of application upon moderator review.
