🔸Please ensure that your SIKAP profile is complete.
🔸 Upload the most recent valid Proof of Income for your parent(s) or guardian (dated 2025, or 2024 for the ITR). If no Proof of Income is available, you may submit a notarized Affidavit of Income Source indicating the monthly or annual gross income of the parent(s), family member(s), or guardian who contribute to the household income or support your education.
🔸Kindly make sure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline to ensure that your application can be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

Semestral Conditions for 2nd Semester 2024-2025:
- Please double check your academic profile grades history
- Weighted average must be better or equal to: 3.0000
Secondary Qualifications
- Must have obtained an average of “3.00” or better for a load of at least 15 units with no grade of “5.00” or “unremoved” “4.00” or “inc.” in the semester immediately preceding the application.
- Must be a bona fide sophomore student in the College of Mass Communication.
- Must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant.
- Must not transfer to any other course or go on leave of absence without prior approval from the Office of Scholarships and Grants.
- Must not have been the subject of any disciplinary action worse than a five-day class suspension.
- Actual Interest Earnings | Semestral | Php 12500
Failure to submit documents before March 15, 2026, 11:59 p.m. may result to ineligibility of application upon moderator review.
