  • How do I apply for a scholarship?

    • Prerequisites to be able to apply for a scholarship is to do the following:

      • Login to SIKAP

      • Complete your portfolio. Incomplete portfolio won't allow you to apply to scholarships.

    • After you have finished your portfolio, you can look for scholarships through this link

SIKAP uses a partially automated screening system that matches scholarships based on the information in your portfolio. If there are no scholarships currently available that fit your profile, don’t worry — new opportunities are added regularly, so be sure to check back often!

🔸Kindly ensure that your SIKAP portfolio is complete and that the most recent Proof of Income (dated 2024 or 2025) has been uploaded. If you don’t have other proof of income available, we suggest submitting a Narrative of Income Source with the estimated amount instead of a Certificate of Indigency. This will assist us in thoroughly evaluating your application and ensuring it is duly considered for processing.

Qualifications

Primary Qualifications

These qualifications are automatically validated based on student portfolios created

Please complete your portfolio to be able to apply for scholarship
  • Overall GWA must be better or equal to: 2.5000
  • Household Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 300,000
  • Any UP Constituent Unit may apply
  • Any course may apply
  • Year Level Standing must be within the ff:
      4th Year Undergrad, 5th Year Undergrad
  • Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC" for ANY semester

Secondary Qualifications

These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
  • Must be a graduating student from any college.
  • Must have an average of at least “2.50” with no grade of “5.00” or “4.00” or “inc” in the preceding semester and enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant.
  • Parents’ annual gross income must not exceed Php300,000.00.
  • Must not have been the subject of any disciplinary action.

Supplemental Documentary Submissions
You may manage your document submissions in your applications page.
Failure to submit documents before June 30, 2025, 11:59 p.m. may result to ineligibility of application upon moderator review.
  • Certification of Candidacy for Graduation or Certification of Remaining Units from the College Secretary's Office
    To certify that the applicant is a candidate for graduation in AY 2025–2026.
