🔸Please ensure that your SIKAP profile is complete.

🔸 Upload the most recent valid Proof of Income for your parent(s) or guardian (dated 2026, or 2025 for the ITR). If no Proof of Income is available, you may submit a notarized Affidavit of Income Source indicating the monthly or annual gross income of the parent(s), family member(s), or guardian who contribute to the household income or support your education.

🔸Kindly make sure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline to ensure that your application can be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

Primary Qualifications

These qualifications are automatically validated based on student portfolios created

Please ensure you have agreed to the latest version of SIKAP Data Privacy Notice through your Student Profile

  • Parent Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 325,000
  • Any UP Constituent Unit may apply
  • Any course may apply
  • Year Level Standing must be within the ff:
      1st Year Undergrad
  • Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC" for ANY semester
  • Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree

Secondary Qualifications

These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
  • Must have passed the UPCAT.
  • Family gross income must not be more than PHP 325,000.
  • Must not have been found guilty of any disciplinary action.
  • Must not be holding concurrently with any other scholarship.

  • NOTICE OF ADMISSION
    To verify that a student has been officially admitted into a program at the University of the Philippines.
  • GOOD MORAL CHARACTER
    From the school previously attended.
  • Accomplished Form 5
    UP Registration Form
  • OSE Clearance
    Clearance from OSE if from UP Diliman/ Certificate of no pending case from OSA if from other CUs
