🔸Kindly ensure that your SIKAP portfolio is complete and that the most recent Proof of Income (dated 2024 or 2025) has been uploaded. If you don’t have other proof of income available, we suggest submitting a Narrative of Income Source with the estimated amount instead of a Certificate of Indigency. This will assist us in thoroughly evaluating your application and ensuring it is duly considered for processing.

🔸Open to Freshmen students enrolled in any UP Constituent University and taking up any four-year course.

Qualifications

Primary Qualifications

These qualifications are automatically validated based on student portfolios created

Household Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 325,000
Any UP Constituent Unit may apply
Any course may apply
Year Level Standing must be within the ff:
Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree

Secondary Qualifications

These qualifications are subjected to moderator review

Must have passed the UPCAT.
Family gross income must not be more than PHP 325,000.
Must not have been found guilty of any disciplinary action.
Must not be holding concurrently with any other scholarship.
