If you don’t have other proof of income available, we suggest submitting a Narrative of Income Source with the estimated amount instead of a Certificate of Indigency. - Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree
Semestral Conditions for 2nd Semester 2024-2025:
- Please double check your academic profile grades history
- Weighted average must be better or equal to: 2.5000
- Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC"
Secondary Qualifications
These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
- Must have a general weighted average from two semesters immediately preceding the application must be at least “2.50”.
- Must be a Sophomore or Junior enrolled in any program in College of Agriculture, College of Medicine, and College of Engineering.
- Must have parent’s annual gross income not exceeding five hundred thousand pesos (P500,000.00).
- Must not have been held liable in any disciplinary action.
