🔸Please ensure that your SIKAP profile is complete.

🔸 Upload the most recent valid Proof of Income for your parent(s) or guardian (dated 2025, or 2024 for the ITR). If no Proof of Income is available, you may submit a notarized Affidavit of Income Source indicating the monthly or annual gross income of the parent(s), family member(s), or guardian who contribute to the household income or support your education.

🔸Kindly make sure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline to ensure that your application can be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

Qualifications

Primary Qualifications

These qualifications are automatically validated based on student portfolios created

Parent Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 500,000
University must be within the ff:

Year Level Standing must be within the ff:

Secondary Qualifications

These qualifications are subjected to moderator review

Must have passed UPCAT.
Must be an incoming 1st year college student enrolled in BS Mathematics or BS Statistics.
Must have earned a GWA of at least 90% during their senior high school.
Must not be a recipient of any other scholarship grant.
Must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant.
Must submit three (3) letters of recommendation from the following: -One from former Professor/Teacher within the last 3 years; -One from the leader of the religious sector where the student is affiliated; -One from the local officer, i.e. barangay captain, mayor, governor from the locality where the student permanently resides.

Recommendation Letter
From the Leader of the Religious Sector where the student is affiliated.
Recommendation Letter
From the Local Officer, i.e. Barangay Captain, Mayor, Governor from the locality where the student permanently resides.
