The Application for the 1st Semester of AY 2026-2027 is NOW OPEN! 🌟🥳🎉
Open to incoming 2nd-year students for the 1st semester of AY 2026–2027 who are enrolled in programs under the UP Diliman, including BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Industrial Engineering, BS Computer Engineering, BS Chemistry, BS Mathematics, BS Business Administration, BS Business Administration and Accountancy, and BS Food Technology.
⚠️ REMINDER: Only applicants with complete documents will be processed.
Instructions on how to upload Accomplished Forms and other Required Documents to your SIKAP account:
Go to Portfolio > Submissions+ > Document Submission.
Click the “+” button.
Select File Submission Type: “Others.”
Under Extra Information, indicate the name of the form (e.g., Consent Form).
Click “Save.”
🔸Please ensure that your SIKAP profile is complete.
🔸 Upload the most recent valid Proof of Income for your parent(s) or guardian (dated 2026, or 2025 for the ITR). If no Proof of Income is available, you may submit a notarized Affidavit of Income Source indicating the monthly or annual gross income of the parent(s), family member(s), or guardian who contribute to the household income or support your education.

- Parent Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 500,000

- Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC" for ANY semester
- Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree
Secondary Qualifications
These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
- Regular student (without any back subjects and expected to finish the course on time) enrolled in the prescribed number of units according to the course curriculum.
- Total annual family income not exceeding P500,000.00 for a family of at least 5 members evidenced by a certified true copy of latest Income Tax Return for those employed; if not applicable/available, other proof of income may be submitted such as certificate of employment with compensation, salary slip, or an affidavit stating information about the sources and amount of income
- Cumulative grade point average of not lower than 85% or its equivalent and without any failed or pending subjects from 1st Year to present (1st Semester AY2025-2026) as evidenced by True Copy of Grades.
- Filipino citizen, evidenced by a certified true copy of the Birth Certificate.
- Not a concurrent recipient of any major/regular scholarship (including DOST) or any substantial fund assistance from the University, attested by a duly notarized affidavit (template is enclosed in this letter)
- Certificate of Recognition for awards received as additional support documents.
- Physically fit and without any serious health concern, evidenced by a Medical Certificate.
- Of Good Moral Character, evidenced by a Certification from a competent University authority.
- A fully accomplished Application Form, Consent Form, and Affidavit of Non-Recipient of Any Scholarship Grant, along with the completion of all required Supplemental Documents. (See Supplemental Documentary Submissions.)

Course Curriculum
Without any back subjects and expected to finish the course on time, Enrolled in the prescribed number of units according to the course curriculum. -
Proof of Income
Upload a certified true copy of the latest BIR Income Tax Return (ITR) for 2025 (for employed applicants). If not applicable or unavailable, you may submit other proof of income such as a Certificate of Employment with Compensation, salary slips, or a notarized affidavit indicating the source(s) and amount of income. -
True Copy of Grades
Upload TCG With a cumulative grade point average of not lower than 85% or its equivalent and without any failed or pending subjects from 1st Year to present. -
PSA Birth Certificate
A Filipino citizen, evidenced by a certified true copy of the Birth Certificate. -
Medical Certificate
Physically fit and without any serious health concern, evidenced by a Medical Certificate. -
OSE Certification
Of Good Moral Character, evidenced by a Certification from a competent University authority. -
Certificate of Recognition
Certificate of Recognition for awards received as additional support documents. -
