  • How do I apply for a scholarship?

    • Prerequisites to be able to apply for a scholarship is to do the following:

      • Login to SIKAP

      • Complete your portfolio. Incomplete portfolio won't allow you to apply to scholarships.

    • After you have finished your portfolio, you can look for scholarships through this link

Open to incoming 2nd-year students for the 1st semester of AY 2025-2026.

  • Ensure that your SIKAP portfolio is complete and that you have uploaded the latest proof of income sources or narratives (dated 2024 or 2025); otherwise, your application may be rejected.

Qualifications

Primary Qualifications

These qualifications are automatically validated based on student portfolios created

  • Overall GWA must be better or equal to: 2.2500
  • Household Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 500,000
  • University must be within the ff:
      UP Diliman
  • Courses must be within the ff:
      BS Mathematics, BS Chemistry, BS Mechanical Engineering,
      BS Chemical Engineering, BS Industrial Engineering, BS Food Technology,
      BS Business Administration, BS Business Administration and Acountancy, BS Computer Engineering
  • Year Level Standing must be within the ff:
      2nd Year Undergrad
  • Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC" for ANY semester
  • Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree

Secondary Qualifications

These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
  • A regular student (without any back subjects and expected to finish the course on time) enrolled in the prescribed number of units according to the course curriculum.
  • With a cumulative grade point average of not lower than 85% or its equivalent and without any failed or pending subjects from 1st Year to present as evidenced by True Copy of Grades.
  • A Filipino citizen, evidenced by a certified true copy of the Birth Certificate.
  • Not a concurrent recipient of any major/regular scholarship (including DOST) or any substantial fund assistance from the University, attested by a duly notarized affidavit
  • Physically fit and without any serious health concern, evidenced by a Medical Certificate.
  • Of Good Moral Character, evidenced by a Certification from a competent University authority.
  • Certificate of Recognition for awards received as additional support documents.
  • A fully accomplished Application Form, Consent Form, and Affidavit of Non-Recipient of Any Scholarship Grant, along with the completion of all required Supplemental Documents. (See Supplemental Documentary Submissions.)

  • Course Curriculum
    Without any back subjects and expected to finish the course on time, Enrolled in the prescribed number of units according to the course curriculum.
  • Proof of Income
    Upload a certified true copy of latest Income Tax Return for those employed; if not applicable/available, other proof of income may be submitted such as certificate of employment with compensation, salary slip, or an affidavit stating information about the sources and amount of income. (Dated 2024 or 2025)
  • True Copy of Grades
    Upload TCG With a cumulative grade point average of not lower than 85% or its equivalent and without any failed or pending subjects from 1st Year to present.
  • Birth Certificate
    A Filipino citizen, evidenced by a certified true copy of the Birth Certificate.
  • Medical Certificate
    Physically fit and without any serious health concern, evidenced by a Medical Certificate.
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character,
