Open to 1st year students enrolled in UP Palo in the following program:
BS Nursing
BS Medicine
Diploma in Midwifery
Also open to 1st year student enrolled in UP Visayas taking:
BS Fisheries.
Benefits:
🌟BS Fisheries: Monthly Stipend - Php4,000.00
🌟BS Nursing: Monthly Stipend - Php4,000.00
🌟Medicine: Monthly Stipend - Php8,000.00
🌟Midwifery: Monthly Stipend - Php4,000.00
🔸Kindly ensure that your SIKAP portfolio is complete and that the most recent Proof of Income (dated 2024 or 2025) has been uploaded. If you don’t have other proof of income available, we suggest submitting a Narrative of Income Source with the estimated amount instead of a Certificate of Indigency. This will assist us in thoroughly evaluating your application and ensuring it is duly considered for processing.

Year Level Standing must be within the ff:

1st Year Undergrad, Incoming Freshman
- Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC" for ANY semester
- Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree
Secondary Qualifications
- Must be a bona fide first year student at UP Visayas enrolled in BS Fisheries.
- Must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant.
- Must be financially challenged.
- Must not have been liable for any disciplinary action worse than a five-day class suspension.
- Must have a general weighted average (GWA) of 2.5
- Must be a bona fide first year student at UP Palo enrolled in BS Nursing, Medicine and Midwifery.
Failure to submit documents before July 20, 2025, 11:59 p.m. may result to ineligibility of application upon moderator review.
