If you don’t have other proof of income available, we suggest submitting a Narrative of Income Source with the estimated amount instead of a Certificate of Indigency. This will assist us in thoroughly evaluating your application and ensuring it is duly considered for processing.

- Overall GWA must be better or equal to: 2.5000
- Household Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 500,000

2nd Year Undergrad
- Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC" for ANY semester
- Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree
Secondary Qualifications
These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
- Must be a 2nd-year student enrolled at UP Diliman.
- Enrolled in a BS Chemistry program and taking at least 15 units per semester
- Must have obtained a general weighted average of "2.5" or better.
- Must not have been held liable in any disciplinary action.
- Household income does not exceed Php 500,000.00.
