Open to applicants from Mindanao, preferably from Cagayan de Oro and nearby municipalities of Tagoloan, Jasaan, and Villanueva in Misamis Oriental only.
For non-freshman applicants, the required GWA is 2.50 or better.
Kindly ensure that your SIKAP portfolio is complete and that you have uploaded the most recent proof of income sources or Affidavit of Income Source (dated 2024 or 2025) to ensure your application is considered for processing.

Qualifications

Primary Qualifications

These qualifications are automatically validated based on student portfolios created

Parent Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 500,000
University must be within the ff:
Courses must be within the ff:
Year Level Standing must be within the ff:
Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree

Secondary Qualifications

These qualifications are subjected to moderator review

If freshmen, must have qualified for admission to the University of the Philippines Diliman by passing UPCAT.
If sophomore or junior students, must not have a grade of "4.0" or "5.0" during the past two semesters enrolled in, including summer;
