Open to applicants from Mindanao, preferably from Cagayan de Oro and nearby municipalities of Tagoloan, Jasaan, and Villanueva in Misamis Oriental only.
Ensure that your SIKAP portfolio is complete and that you have uploaded the latest proof of income sources or narratives (dated 2024 or 2025); otherwise, your application may be rejected.
Qualifications
Primary Qualifications
These qualifications are automatically validated based on student portfolios created
- Overall GWA must be better or equal to: 2.5000
- Household Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 500,000

BS Mechanical Engineering,
BS Civil Engineering,
BS Electrical Engineering,
BS Industrial Engineering, BS Electronics Engineering -
Year Level Standing must be within the ff:

1st Year, 2nd Year, 3rd Year
- Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC"
- Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree
Secondary Qualifications
These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
- If freshmen, must have qualified for admission to the University of the Philippines Diliman by passing UPCAT.
- If sophomore or junior students, must not have a grade of "4.0" or "5.0" during the past two semesters enrolled in, including summer;
