The Application for the 1st Semester of AY 2026-2027 is NOW OPEN!
🚩 Open to regular 3rd-year undergraduate students from UP Diliman enrolled in a program under the Department of Computer Science or Institute of Mathematics.
🔸Please ensure that your SIKAP Portfolios are Complete.
🔸Upload the most recent valid Proof of Income of your parent(s) or guardian (2025 for the ITR). If the ITR is not available, the latest Employment Contract with Compensation may be submitted. If your parent(s) or guardian is unemployed and no other valid proof of income is available, you may submit a Notarized Affidavit of Income Source stating their monthly or annual gross income.
Kindly ensure that the amount can reasonably cover the family’s monthly expenses, including electricity, water, rent, and daily living costs. The declared income should be sufficient and justifiable in relation to these regular obligations.
🔸Kindly make sure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline to ensure that your application can be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

3rd Year Undergrad
- Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC" for ANY semester
- Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree
Secondary Qualifications
- Must be a bona fide Filipino student of the UP Diliman taking an undergraduate program from the Department of Computer Science or Institute of Mathematics;
- Must have obtained an average grade of “2.75” or better and must have carried a load of at least 15 units with no grade of “5.00” or unremoved “4.00” or “Inc” in the semester immediately preceding the application;
- Must not be a recipient of any scholarship grant including educational plan;
- Must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant;
- Must be financially needy (parent’s annual gross income must not exceed P500,000); and
- Must not have been held liable in any disciplinary action.

Failure to submit documents before Oct. 5, 2026, 11:59 p.m. may result to ineligibility of application upon moderator review.
