Official certification of the student's current academic standing issued by the college. -
Parent's/Guardian's Latest Proof of Income
Upload the most recent valid Proof of Income of your parent(s) or guardian (2025 for the ITR). If the ITR is not available, the latest Employment Contract with Compensation may be submitted. If your parent(s) or guardian is unemployed and no other valid proof of income is available, you may submit a Notarized Affidavit of Income Source stating their monthly or annual gross income.
