Primary Qualifications
These qualifications are automatically validated based on student portfolios created
- Overall GWA must be better or equal to: 2.5000
- Household Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 300,000

BS Materials Engineering,
BS Mechanical Engineering,
BS Chemical Engineering,
BS Civil Engineering, BS Electrical Engineering, BS Industrial Engineering,

BS Mining Engineering, BS Computer Engineering -
Year Level Standing must be within the ff:

3rd Year
- Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC"
- Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree
Secondary Qualifications
These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
- Must be financially needy (parents' annual gross income must not exceed P300,000)
- Must not have been the subject of any disciplinary action.
- Must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant.
- No grade of "5.00" or unremoved "4.00" or "inc" in the semester immediately preceding the application.
