🔸Please ensure that your SIKAP Portfolios are Complete.
🔸Upload the most recent valid Proof of Income of your parent(s) or guardian (2025 for the ITR). If the ITR is not available, the latest Employment Contract with Compensation may be submitted. If your parent(s) or guardian is unemployed and no other valid proof of income is available, you may submit a Notarized Affidavit of Income Source stating their monthly or annual gross income.
Kindly ensure that the amount can reasonably cover the family’s monthly expenses, including electricity, water, rent, and daily living costs. The declared income should be sufficient and justifiable in relation to these regular obligations.
🔸Kindly make sure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline to ensure that your application can be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

Secondary Qualifications
These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
- Must have a general weighted average of at least "1.75" with no unremoved grade of "INC"; and
- Must not have been the subject of disciplinary action worse than a five-day class suspension.
- Must have a potential for leadership as shown in membership in student councils, organizations, debates, clubs, etc;
- The student applicant must be at least a second-year master’s or doctoral student at UP Diliman. Applicants who are not UP undergraduate graduates must have at least one year of residency at UP Diliman and must have completed at least six (6) units of graduate studies.
