🚩 Calling all regular 3rd-year undergraduate students from UP Diliman enrolled in:
Bachelor of Elementary Education
Bachelor of Secondary Education
BS Social Work
BS Community Development
🔸Please ensure that your SIKAP Portfolios are Complete.
🔸Upload the most recent valid Proof of Income of your parent(s) or guardian (2025 for the ITR). If the ITR is not available, the latest Employment Contract with Compensation may be submitted. If your parent(s) or guardian is unemployed and no other valid proof of income is available, you may submit a Notarized Affidavit of Income Source stating their monthly or annual gross income.
Kindly ensure that the amount can reasonably cover the family’s monthly expenses, including electricity, water, rent, and daily living costs. The declared income should be sufficient and justifiable in relation to these regular obligations.
🔸Kindly make sure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline to ensure that your application can be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

- Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC" for ANY semester
- Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree
Secondary Qualifications
- Must not be a recipient of any scholarship grant.
- Must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant.
- Must have parents’ annual gross income not exceeding P325,000.
- Must not have been held liable in any disciplinary action.
- Must not engage in conduct that may bring the University or the Association into disrepute.
- Stipend | Monthly | Php 4000
Failure to submit documents before Sept. 13, 2026, 11:59 p.m. may result to ineligibility of application upon moderator review.
