  • How do I apply for a scholarship?

    • Prerequisites to be able to apply for a scholarship is to do the following:

      • Login to SIKAP

      • Complete your portfolio. Incomplete portfolio won't allow you to apply to scholarships.

    • After you have finished your portfolio, you can look for scholarships through this link

Once you have successfully finished your portfolio, you can toggle the filter below to quickly search for scholarships you are qualified for:

SIKAP uses a partially automated screening system that matches scholarships based on the information in your portfolio. If there are no scholarships currently available that fit your profile, don’t worry — new opportunities are added regularly, so be sure to check back often!

Call for Application for UP Presidential Scholarship Grant (Undergraduate)

📢 The Application for the 1st Semester of AY 2026–2027 is NOW OPEN!

Open to all non-freshman undergraduate students enrolled in any four- or five-year degree program at UP Diliman.

🔸Please ensure that your SIKAP Portfolios are Complete.

🔸Upload the most recent valid Proof of Income of your parent(s) or guardian (2025 for the ITR). If the ITR is not available, the latest Employment Contract with Compensation may be submitted. If your parent(s) or guardian is unemployed and no other valid proof of income is available, you may submit a Notarized Affidavit of Income Source stating their monthly or annual gross income.

Kindly ensure that the amount can reasonably cover the family’s monthly expenses, including electricity, water, rent, and daily living costs. The declared income should be sufficient and justifiable in relation to these regular obligations.

🔸Kindly make sure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline to ensure that your application can be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

  • Overall GWA must be better or equal to: 1.7500
  • University must be within the ff:
      UP Diliman
  • Any course may apply
  • Year Level Standing must be within the ff:
      2nd Year Undergrad, 3rd Year Undergrad, 4th Year Undergrad, 5th Year Undergrad
  • Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree

Secondary Qualifications

These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
  • Must not have been the subject of any disciplinary action.
  • Must be a bona fide undergraduate student of UP Diliman enrolled in a four- or five-year degree program. (Applicants enrolled in certificate or diploma programs, DOST scholars, and second-degree students are not eligible.)
  • Must have obtained a General Weighted Average (GWA) of "1.75" or better.

Supplemental Documentary Submissions

Failure to submit documents before Aug. 30, 2026, 11:59 p.m. may result to ineligibility of application upon moderator review.
  • 2x2 Picture
    Clear 2x2 Picture (Formal Attire).
  • Proof of Income
    Income Tax Return of Parents for 2025; or Form 2316 of parents for 2025; if unemployed, Notarized Affidavit of Unemployment indicate what source of income and estimate income for 2025; or BIR Certificate of Tax Exemption of parents for 2025.
  • True Copy of grades
    True Copy of grades (including grades for 2nd sem 2025-2026) or CRS print-outs; If transferee, please submit Transcript of Records
  • PSA Birth Certificate
    Clear scanned copy or photograph of the birth certificate.
  • 3 Recommendation Letters
    Three (3) letters of recommendations from former professors.
  • Letter of Financial Support
    ex. Letter from parents that they will support your education in case of disqualification from scholarship.
  • Certificate of Year Level Standing
    Official certification of the student's current academic standing issued by the college.
  • OSE Certification of No Pending Case or Good Moral Character
    Confirms that has no active disciplinary or administrative case ( http://bit.ly/sdcclearance).
  • Proof of Completed SIKAP Account
    Screenshot of the completed Student Profile, Academic Profile, Household Financial Profile, and Financial Aid Sources Profile or the Downloaded Portfolio.
