🔸Please ensure that your SIKAP Portfolios are Complete.
🔸Upload the most recent valid Proof of Income of your parent(s) or guardian (2025 for the ITR). If the ITR is not available, the latest Employment Contract with Compensation may be submitted. If your parent(s) or guardian is unemployed and no other valid proof of income is available, you may submit a Notarized Affidavit of Income Source stating their monthly or annual gross income.
Kindly ensure that the amount can reasonably cover the family’s monthly expenses, including electricity, water, rent, and daily living costs. The declared income should be sufficient and justifiable in relation to these regular obligations.
🔸Kindly make sure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline to ensure that your application can be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

2nd Year Undergrad
- Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC" for ANY semester
- Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree
- Stipend | Monthly | Php 6000
Failure to submit documents before Aug. 14, 2026, 11:59 p.m. may result to ineligibility of application upon moderator review.
