Open to Freshmen in the 1st Semester of AY 2024-2025 enrolled in STEM undergraduate programs only.
Ensure that your SIKAP portfolio is complete and that you have uploaded the latest proof of income sources or narratives (dated 2024 or 2025); otherwise, your application may be rejected.
Qualifications
Primary Qualifications
These qualifications are automatically validated based on student portfolios created
- Overall GWA must be better or equal to: 2.5000
- Household Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 500,000

Year Level Standing must be within the ff:

1st Year
- Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC"
Secondary Qualifications
These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
- Must have been admitted to the University, subject to the University of the Philippines College Admission Test (UPCAT).
- Course: STEM Programs
- Must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant.
- Must have obtained a general weighted average of at least “2.50” with no grade of “5.00” or unremoved “4.00” or “inc” in the semester immediately preceding the application.
- Must not be a recipient of any scholarship grant.
- Household income: not greater than Php500,000.00
- Must not have been held liable in any disciplinary action.
