📢 The Application for the 1st Semester of AY 2026–2027 is NOW OPEN!
Open to regular 2nd-year students of UP Diliman in the First Semester, AY 2026–2027, enrolled in any undergraduate program in the College of Engineering.
🔸Please ensure that your SIKAP profile is complete.
🔸Upload the most recent valid Proof of Income for your parent(s) or guardian (dated 2026, or 2025 for the ITR). If no Proof of Income is available, you may submit a notarized Affidavit of Income Source indicating the monthly or annual gross income of the parent(s), family member(s), or guardian who contribute to the household income or support your education.
🔸Kindly make sure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline to ensure that your application can be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

Year Level Standing must be within the ff:

2nd Year Undergrad
- Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC" for ANY semester
- Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree
Secondary Qualifications
- Must not have been held liable in any disciplinary action.
- Must have been admitted to the University, subject to the University of the Philippines College Admission Test (UPCAT).
- Must have obtained a general weighted average of at least “2.5” with no grade of “5.00” or unremoved “4.00” or “Incomplete” in the semester immediately preceding the application.
- Must not be a recipient of any other scholarship grant.
- Must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant.
- Stipend | Monthly | Php 5000
Failure to submit documents before Aug. 30, 2026, 11:59 p.m. may result to ineligibility of application upon moderator review.

OSE Certification of No Pending Case
Confirms that has no active disciplinary or administrative case. -
Form 5 (F5), not Form 5A.
Official Registration Form for the 1st Semester, AY 2026–2027. -
