  • How do I apply for a scholarship?

    • Prerequisites to be able to apply for a scholarship is to do the following:

      • Login to SIKAP

      • Complete your portfolio. Incomplete portfolio won't allow you to apply to scholarships.

    • After you have finished your portfolio, you can look for scholarships through this link

📢 The Application for the 1st Semester of AY 2026–2027 is NOW OPEN!

🚩Open to incoming freshmen for the 1st Semester, AY 2026–2027, enrolled in any 4-year undergraduate program at UP Diliman and UPDEPP.

(Please disregard the “Any course may apply” under Primary Qualifications due to system limitations. This opportunity is only open to incoming freshmen enrolled in 4-year undergraduate programs. Programs longer than four years are not eligible for this grant.)

🔸Please ensure that your SIKAP profile is complete.

🔸Upload the most recent valid Proof of Income of your parent(s) or guardian (dated 2026, or 2025 for the ITR). If the ITR is not available, the latest Employment Contract with Compensation may be submitted. If your parent(s) or guardian is unemployed and no other valid proof of income is available, you may submit a Notarized Affidavit of Income Source stating their monthly or annual gross income.

🔸Kindly make sure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline to ensure that your application can be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

Please ensure you have agreed to the latest version of SIKAP Data Privacy Notice through your Student Profile

  • Parent Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 700,000
  • University must be within the ff:
      UP Diliman, UP Pampanga (UPDEPP)
  • Any course may apply
  • Year Level Standing must be within the ff:
      Incoming Freshman
  • Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree

Secondary Qualifications

These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
  • Must not have been the subject of any disciplinary action worse than a five-day suspension.
  • An UPCAT passer.
  • Must be incoming freshman students of UP Diliman for the First Semester of AY 2026–2027, enrolled in any four-year undergraduate degree program.
  • With a family gross income of not more than P700,000.00 per annum.
  • Must not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship or educational grants.

    Screenshot of completed Student Profile, Academic Profile, Household Financial Profile, and Financial Aid Sources (if applicable).
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
    From the last school attended
  • Latest Valid Proof of Income of the Parent(s)/Guardian(s)
