📢 The Application for the 1st Semester of AY 2026–2027 is NOW OPEN!
🚩 Open to incoming freshmen for the 1st Semester, AY 2026–2027, enrolled in any 4-year undergraduate program at UP Diliman and UPDEPP.
🔸Please ensure that your SIKAP profile is complete.
🔸Upload the most recent valid Proof of Income for your parent(s) or guardian (dated 2026, or 2025 for the ITR). If no Proof of Income is available, you may submit a notarized Affidavit of Income Source indicating the monthly or annual gross income of the parent(s), family member(s), or guardian who contribute to the household income or support your education.
🔸Kindly make sure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline to ensure that your application can be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

- Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree
Secondary Qualifications
- An UPCAT passer.
- Must be a bona fide freshman student of UP Diliman, enrolled in any four-year undergraduate degree program.
- With a family gross income of not more than P700,000.00 per annum.
- Must not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship or educational grants.
- Must not have been the subject of any disciplinary action worse than a five-day suspension.
- Stipend | Monthly | Php 7000
- Book Allowance | Semestral | Php 5000
- Gadget Allowance | One Time Payment | Php 35000
- Travel Grants | One Time Payment | Up to Php 30,000.00
Failure to submit documents before July 19, 2026, 11:09 a.m. may result to ineligibility of application upon moderator review.
