Primary Qualifications

• Overall GWA must be better or equal to: 3.0000
• Parent Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 500,000
• University must be within the ff:
  UP Diliman
• Courses must be within the ff:
  BS Economics, BA Broadcast Communication, BA Communication Research,
  BA Film, BA Journalism, BS Business Economics,
  JD Juris Doctor, BPA Bachelor of Public Administration
• Year Level Standing must be within the ff:
  2nd Year Undergrad
• Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree

Secondary Qualifications

• Must be a Filipino citizen and a bona fide minimum sophomore student enrolled in an undergraduate degree program of the College of Law, National College of Public Administration and Governance, School of Economics, or College of Mass Communication, all of the UPD.
• Must be in good health (applicant must submit a medical certificate). Any student with any incurable disease shall not be qualified to apply for the Grant.
• Must have a minimum general weighted average (“GWA”) grade of “2.50” and must have carried a normal load with no grade of “5.00”, unremoved grade of 4.00,” or uncompleted grade of “INC” up to the semester immediately preceding the application.
• Must not be a recipient of any other scholarship grant or assistance.
• Must not have parents or guardians with a combined annual gross income exceeding PHP500,000.00.
• Must not have been held liable for any disciplinary action by the University, as certified by the applicant’s dean of the college.
