📢 The Application for the 1st Semester of AY 2026–2027 is NOW OPEN!
🚩Open to incoming freshmen for the 1st Semester AY 2026–2027 at University of the Philippines Diliman, enrolled in any of the undergraduate courses listed below.
🔸Please ensure that your SIKAP profile is complete.
🔸Upload the most recent valid Proof of Income for your parent(s) or guardian (dated 2026, or 2025 for the ITR). If no Proof of Income is available, you may submit a notarized Affidavit of Income Source indicating the monthly or annual gross income of the parent(s), family member(s), or guardian who contribute to the household income or support your education.
🔸Kindly make sure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline to ensure that your application can be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

BS Economics,
BS Industrial Engineering,
BS Computer Science, BS Accountancy, BS Statistics

Year Level Standing must be within the ff:

1st Year Undergrad, Incoming Freshman
- Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree
Secondary Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant.
- Not a recipient of any other scholarship except for tuition fee discounts provided by the University.
- Has no other family member/s within the second degree of consanguinity or affinity who is/are currently admitted to any of the FIRST PARTY's scholarship program.
- Must be a good moral character.
- Must be a bona fide freshman student at UP Diliman for the 1st Semester AY 2026–2027, enrolled in any of the approved courses.
- Stipend | Monthly | Php 10000
Failure to submit documents before May 24, 2026, 11:59 p.m. may result to ineligibility of application upon moderator review.
