🚩 Open to incoming freshmen for the 1st Semester AY 2026–2027 at UP Diliman, taking BS Accountancy.

🔸Please ensure that your SIKAP profile is complete.

🔸Upload the most recent valid Proof of Income for your parent(s) or guardian (dated 2026, or 2025 for the ITR). If no Proof of Income is available, you may submit a notarized Affidavit of Income Source indicating the monthly or annual gross income of the parent(s), family member(s), or guardian who contribute to the household income or support your education.

🔸Kindly make sure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline to ensure that your application can be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

      UP Diliman
  • Courses must be within the ff:
      BS Accountancy
  • Year Level Standing must be within the ff:
      1st Year Undergrad, Incoming Freshman
  • Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree

Secondary Qualifications

These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
  • UPCAT Passer.
  • Must be a Filipino citizen.

    Official proof of acceptance to the University of the Philippines
  • Form 5 (F5)
    Official Registration Form for the 1st Semester AY 2026–2027
  • Parent's/Guardian's Proof of Income
    Parent’s/Guardian’s ITR (2025). If no proof of income is available, you may submit a notarized Affidavit of Income Source indicating the monthly or annual gross income of the parent(s), family member(s), or guardian(s) who contribute to the household income or support your education.
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
    Certificate of Good Moral Character from the last school attended
