Open to UP Diliman BS Economics students entering their 3rd year in the 1st Semester AY 2026–2027.
🔸Please ensure that your SIKAP profile is complete.
🔸Upload the most recent valid Proof of Income for your parent(s) or guardian (dated 2026, or 2025 for the ITR). If no Proof of Income is available, you may submit a notarized Affidavit of Income Source indicating the monthly or annual gross income of the parent(s), family member(s), or guardian who contribute to the household income or support your education.
🔸Kindly make sure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline to ensure that your application can be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

- Parent Annual Income must be equal or lower than: Php 350,000

- Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree
Secondary Qualifications
- Must be a regular third-year BS Economics student at the UP Diliman School of Economics for the 1st Semester AY 2026–2027.
- Must have obtained a general weighted average of at least “2.75” with no grade of “5.00” or unremoved “4.00” or “INC” in three semesters immediately preceding the application;
- Must not be a recipient of any scholarship grant;
- Must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant;
- Must have an address on record that is outside Metro Manila;
- Must submit (a one-half page) at most a one (1) page write-up on ‘Why I want to pursue a degree in B.S. Economics and what career (kind of work) do I envision?’(am interested in the study of Economics’); and
- Must be willing to present himself/herself for an interview if it is warranted.

OSE Certification of No Pending Case or Good Moral Character
Confirms that has no active disciplinary or administrative case. -
Certificate of Year Level Standing
Official certification of the student's current academic standing issued by the college. -
Applicant Essay
Must submit (a one-half page) at most a one (1) page write-up on ‘Why I want to pursue a degree in B.S. Economics and what career (kind of work) do I envision?’(am interested in the study of Economics’) -
