🚩 Open to sophomore students from the College of Engineering at UP Diliman.
🔸Please ensure that your SIKAP profile is complete.
🔸Upload the most recent valid Proof of Income for your parent(s) or guardian (dated 2026, or 2025 for the ITR). If no Proof of Income is available, you may submit a notarized Affidavit of Income Source indicating the monthly or annual gross income of the parent(s), family member(s), or guardian who contribute to the household income or support your education.
🔸Kindly make sure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline to ensure that your application can be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

- Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC" for ANY semester
- Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree
Semestral Conditions for 1st Semester 2025-2026:

- Weighted average must be better or equal to: 2.5000
- Must have no grade of "5.0", "DRP", nor unremoved grade of "4.0" or "INC"
Secondary Qualifications
- The scholar/s can keep keep the scholarship until graduation from the University provided he/she does not obtain a grade lower than “3.00” in any subject. Grades of “inc.” or “4.00” must be completed or removed on or before the last day of late registration in the immediately following semester.
- The scholar must not have been subjected to any disciplinary action.
- Completed SIKAP profiles, including the Student, Academic, and Household Financial Profiles, as well as Financial Aid Sources (if applicable), are required.
- Applicants must be sophomores without deficiencies in the College of Engineering.
- They must have obtained a general weighted average of at least “2.50” in the preceding semester and must have had at least one year residence in the University.
- Other things being equal, preference shall be given to needy but deserving students coming from the provinces. In order to help the Office of Scholarships and Student Services determine his financial standing, each applicant must submit to the Office of Scholarships and Student Services the Income Tax return in the previous year of himself or herself and his/her parents.

Failure to submit documents before April 30, 2026, 8:21 a.m. may result to ineligibility of application upon moderator review.
