📢 The Application for the 1st Semester of AY 2025–2026 is NOW OPEN!
🚩Open to incoming freshmen for the 1st Semester AY 2025–2026 from UP Manila enrolled in BS Pharmacy, and from UP Visayas and UP Mindanao enrolled in any 4-year undergraduate program.
🔸 Please make sure your SIKAP portfolio is complete and that you have uploaded the latest valid Proof of Income of your parents/guardians (dated 2025, or 2024 for ITR).
🔸 If no Proof of Income is available, you may submit a Notarized Affidavit of Income Source indicating the monthly or annual gross income.
🔸 Kindly ensure that all other required documents are submitted on or before the deadline so that your application may be properly reviewed and considered for processing.

- Must not be taking secondary bachelor's degree
Secondary Qualifications
These qualifications are subjected to moderator review
- Must have been admitted to the University, subject to the University of the Philippines College Admission Test (UPCAT)/ University of the Philippines College Admission (UPCAT).
- Must be a first year student enrolled in BS Pharmacy in the University of the Philippines Manila or any courses in University of the Philippines Visayas and Mindanao.
- Must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant;.
- Must have parents' annual gross income not exceeding five hundred thousand pesos (P500,000.00).
- Must not have been held liable in any disciplinary action.
Benefits
- Stipend | Monthly | BS Pharmacy: Php 7,000.00 Other Course: Php 6,000.00
