However please note that you must upload all other documents to apply for a scholarship.

You have registered using your alternative email and student number. This happens when you don't have an existing UP Email when you registered for a SIKAP account.
Resolution:
Log in to using your existing SIKAP account with your existing username and password (alternative email address), then go to your portfolio and update your Student Profile, enter your UP Email address to link it with the alternative email that you have used for registration.
This will link your existing SIKAP account with your UP Email.
Ensure that the documents are in PDF format.
Shiftee within College - you are under the same College just shifted to a different course.
Shiftee within University - you have shifted to a different course that is under a different college.
Transfer from other UP units - you transferred from a different UP Constituent Unit, regardless if you have/ have not shifted to a different course or college.
Transfer from other schools/universities - you have transferred from a different school or university that is not UP, regardless if you have/have not shifted to a different course.
You can add a Household member, he/she doesn't have to be living with you, as long as the person is supporting your studies financially.
You can write N/A or NA in the text boxes and add a Household member for the information of your guardian.
In the scenario that your guardian is not the person supporting your studies financially then you can add another household member.

You can get an Affidavit Source of Income and declare the gross income that they are receiving from self-employment.
You can get an Affidavit Source of Income and declare the annual gross allowance that you are receiving from the family member.
Possible reasons:
You have not yet completed your portfolio.
Your portfolio does not match.
The scholarship that you are applying for is already past the deadline.
No, centralized information will be used for all scholarships you apply to.
